North of Italy in a small and nice district known as Salboro, 8 km from the center of Padua, we decided to create a quarter that could meet the demand for new real estate units for a total of 1000 people about;
We execute the preliminary project dividing the land in parts each containing each building; Got a municipal license we done first of all topographical survey and soil test we prepared a landing plan by designing all the necessary services and underground utilities, as roads, lighting, sewage, electric and hydraulic distribution; given that the land is near Bacchiglione river, once done the survey and soil test we found the water level above the level of road foundations which forced us to use dewatering pumps, 24 hours on 24, to keep the soil dry while working; roads and services performed we design a construction project for the Municipality which issued us the building permits within three months;
got hold license work started immediately lasting a total of 24 months
Once started the job we put on the market then sold every unit just during the construction
